AMS-NE: New England Chapter of the AMS

From AMS-NE President Jacquelyn Sholes:   I hope that all of you are staying safe and healthy. There are a handful of updates to report in response to the unusual current circumstances. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our Fall 2020 meeting. We are currently planning to hold our winter and spring 2021 meetings virtually; further information to follow as it becomes available. Further information to follow also on the 2020 Schafer Award.  ELECTIONS Since we were not able to hold elections in person this past spring, we will be conducting elections electronically for the following offices: ( 1) President, (2) Program Chair, (3) Student Representative, and (4) AMS Council Representative.
